Your Appointment:

Your Colour Consultation appointment has been confirmed. It will take around 2 hours. Please fill in the questionnaire before your session.

 

Investment and Cancellation:

$450 – this may be a tax deduction for you – check with your accountant

All fees are payable at the time of the consultation, by cash, credit card, PayPal or direct bank transfer.

If you need to reschedule your session, please provide 48 hours notice unless you are ill and can’t notify us ahead of time.

A cancellation fee of 50% will apply for appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.

Everything we do at Bespoke Image is totally confidential. You can be assured that we will not pass your details on or sell them to anyone else. We are committed to your privacy.

 

Unexpected Surprises:

We value client relationships and do all we can to ensure problems do not arise. If this does occur, please tell us. We are committed to getting it right for you and doing what is necessary for a positive outcome.

 

How to Prepare?

1. Don’t wear any makeup to the consultation
2. Don’t apply fake tan to your face within a week of the consultation.
3. Fill in the Questionnaire attached and email back to me before our session.
4. An open mind and a sense of adventure!
