Your Appointment:
Your Online Style Q&A Consultation appointment has been confirmed. It will take 1 hour minimum then billed by the 1/2 hour thereafter. Please fill in the questionnaire before your consultation.
Investment and Cancellation:
Investment: $250 per hour – 1 hour minimum then billed by the 1/2 hour thereafter
All fees are payable at the time of the consultation, by cash, credit card, PayPal or direct bank transfer.
If you need to reschedule your session, please provide 48 hours notice unless you are ill and can’t notify us ahead of time.
A cancellation fee of 50% will apply for appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.

Everything we do at Bespoke Image is totally confidential. You can be assured that we will not pass your details on or sell them to anyone else. We are committed to your privacy.
Unexpected Surprises:
We value client relationships and do all we can to ensure problems do not arise. If this does occur, please tell us. We are committed to getting it right for you and doing what is necessary for a positive outcome.
How to Prepare?
- Take photos of yourself wearing any outfits you’d like specific feedback on and send to me in a document (Word or PowerPoint) before our session – email them to [email protected]
- Start writing down all your questions so that you don’t forget to ask me during the session
- If you want to ask about possible purchases – find the website URLs for the specific garments and have them on hand (or send in a document to me) and we can talk through these options for you
- Fill in the Questionnaire before our session
- An open mind and a sense of adventure!
