These Terms and Conditions form a contract between you and I. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. Once you have purchased a product on the Bespoke website (www.bespokeimage.com.au) it indicates that you have accessed, read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
1. Online Consultations: We want you to be satisfied with your purchase however for some reason you have a change of mind, we offer a 48 hour change of mind refund period for purchases provided no service has been given.
2. Makeup: All makeup products purchased are non refundable.
3. Ebooks: All eBooks purchased are non refundable.
4. Gift Vouchers: The person who receives the gift voucher can only exchange it for goods or services to the value of the amount on the voucher.
Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. However if the purchaser requests a refund, then the amount on the gift voucher can be refunded but only if the request is made within 30 days of purchase and provided no service has been given.
